Some workshops, scrapyards or even restaurants use strange or funny colored vehicles as ad sign on the roof of the establishment. Usually these unfortunate cars are not very valuable vehicles or are very common models as VW Beetle or Fiat 500. It´s a shame to use these cars as simple "furniture", but look around, there more out there than you think. A little workshop located in the north of Scotland (on the road from Oban to Duror) is using this interesting roadster of the late 50s/early 60s. Approaching to this place by car the first thing that comes to the mind of the average classic car fan is :"Oh no!! A beautiful MG A suffering under the scottish climate", but looking closer it's getting worse.... When asking to the owner of the workshop after the identity the only answer was "I don´t know the marque, but I think it´s a kit-car". The car seems to have a fiber-glass body, and the rest is hard to identify. The old wheels suggest an English chassis from the late 30s to the early 50s, and seeing three nuts per wheel one could think of Singer or Morris. The body seems stylish and beautiful, and perhaps could be a good restoration basis... but before we start does anybody know what car is this??
