A Down Under Station Wagon Mystery. (Upd. Nissan Cedric Series 31)

John Elema shot this last parking place of a late fifties early sixties station wagon while travelling Australia. Between Perth and Adelaide (150-200 miles east of Norseman along the Eyre Highway) The wrap around window is US inspired. The nose makes us remember of the big Fiats of the time. The front door looks Vauxhallish. But yes, what is it? Click main photo for larger view. John gave us a hint and we guess he is right, but thought it better first to check with you.
