Spotlight on Ford Zephyr. (Update: + 1954 Daimler Conquest Roadster)

Recently we spotted this Ford Zephyr Mk II  loaded with extras. We especially liked the sun visor. Not sure about the year of this red beauty. The tax disk says 1962. Could that be correct year for this lovely automobile? And now that we are asking, do you recognise the white car mirrored in the spotlight?
