Beach life with a Ferrari

Now that we can spend some time on the beach it is time to find fitting transport. How about a Beach Buggy? No, that is more for burning up and down dunes. Macho and rugged. Think Steve McQueen. How about a Beach Car? Definitely more elegant. Think Grace Kelly and Cannes Film Festivals of the 1960s. Most Beach Cars were used to carry their rich owners from hotel or yacht to the Mediterranean beach or boulevard. And back. That they were based on humble cars made them even more fun. You know the Fiat 500 or 600 ‘Jolly’ with pastel paintjob, wicker seats and a roof like a parasol. There were some Renault 4CVs and Minis too. But then in Switzerland (no beaches there) Willy Felber decided to build a 365 GTB/4 based beach bum. Now wouldn’t that be nice this Summer?
