Course de Cote de Limonest Mystery.(upd. Fournier-Marcadier Spider)

Monsieur Ferretti of France is looking for information about this prototype, that was raced in the Course de Cote de Limonest in 1968. Except for the photo all he knows is that the engine used was from a Peugeot 204. Can you help?
