Easter is on its way and you may still have to do some shopping? Don’t forget your cross buns, roast lamb, asparagus and, of course, plenty of eggs. 2CVs, from the very first prototype-on have proved to be very suitable for transporting these - click here but we thought you might also like this little transporter for Easter. It is offered for sale here, which may be just a tad too late for this year’s Easter festivities, but it will provide good transport for many years to come.

Oh, and, yes, it does look an awful lot like a Morris Minor van but really is an Austin 6 cwt van. The seller writes: “In what must be the most overt piece of badge engineering to take place at BLMC, the Morris simply had its badges changed and the straight bar grille replaced by a wavy 'Austin' version.” It is correctly registered and MoTd and is estimated to make £6- to £8,000.
