A Super Snipe Mystery? ('48-'50 Mark II)

Diane Green sends this slightly blurred happy family scene. "I don't know if you can help but we would dearly love to know what make of car this is. The pic was taken in England in approximately 1951-2 "  Well identifying the car is not the hardest part Diane. It looks a lot like a 1950-ish Humber Super Snipe. The licence plate came out in Warwickshire. But it may be interesting to learn on what kind of car this probably high valua plate ended,... if it's not still on the same car in case this Super Snipe is a survivor...
