PostWar Classic of the week: 1954 Maserati 250F - ex Fangio, Stirling Moss

Wow, just wow. It doesn't happen that often anymore that we are really blown away when a car comes on our marketplace, but with this Maserati 250F, we were flabbergasted. What an amazing car. We let the photos and the description speak.
A most remarkable Beatles related automobilia item was sold last weekend through a website called the Beatles Marketplace. It was a well-used and pretty scruffy 37-page sales ledger for Brydor Cars – the brokering company set up by Beatles manager Brian Epstein in the mid-1960s.
Almost four years ago, we asked what on earth could have happened to the FAB 1. It turned out the huge 1966-built creature, based on a six-wheeled Bedford Duple Vega coach, did survive after all, just on our own beloved planet.

Million Dollar Baby

A 1964 Volkswagen Beetle in excellent condition is currently offered for sale for 1 million dollars in Portland, Oregon. Why so much? Well, according to the seller the car in question ‘may be the most original Beetle on the planet’. What do you think – is it worth the extraordinary asking price?

50 Years of the Opel GT, lest we forget

Oh yes, that plate does say ‘1969 – GM’, but the Opel GT really was launched a year earlier in 1968, which means it deserves a little mention here to celebrate its 50th anniversary, now that it is still 2018. So there you go, a Friday Lady Opel GT from the files.
Back to the future? It is indeed a very special car that you don’t see every day. We found a few photos on the internet some time ago, but we are not sure if there is still one around. We hope you can tell us.
