Greetings from Sicily

Just a nice picture of a young couple enjoying their Fiat Topolino Belvédère and themselves. Yet that’s not the whole story. Some twenty years ago we happened to be in Sicily, Italy. When we walked into a grocery store to do some shopping, we noticed in a corner two shoeboxes crammed with early 1950s publicity photos with Fiat’s, Lancia’s and other assorted Italian motorcars. As we were traveling light, we could only take this one picture and had to leave the rest behind, promising ourselves to return soon, very soon. Well, maybe this year…? Or perhaps the next…?
