At a recent meeting editor Rutger Booy spotted this beautifully restored 1956 split-window VW-pick-up. When new it was used for home-deliveries of fuel cans for home heating. The VW truck has been kept in its original livery ever since. But what attracted us most to this bright-red VW, was the address of the company written on the side: Oude Karselaan 15 in Amstelveen, Holland. Only one stone well thrown from the PreWarCar/PostWarClassic Head office!
