Oldtimers, not for Old-timers

From March 24 until March 27 the the 16th edition of the Spring Oldtimer-Gallery will be held in Moscow. The name ‘Oldtimer’ perhaps needs some explanation to our American readers as in Europe an old-timer is not an old man but a general term for an antique or classic car. Anyway, at a Russian show you expect to see Russian cars. And of course they are there. But what you might not expect is the multitude of European and American automobiles on display. Things have certainly changed the past few years and nowadays there are many collectors in Russia which in turn created a market for restoration shops. Which makes a visit to the Oldtimer Gallery well worth your while.
