PostWar Christmas Puzzle 2012: The Results! (Update: '66 T-Bird)

Just like the PreWar Quiz many answers flooded our mailbox. Thanks for the holidays wishes you included. But let's not keep you waiting, here are the results: Day one was of course an easy one, the Austin-Healey (a 3000, which could be seen on the console). Day 2 was a jolly giveaway, a Fiat beach car. We thought day 3 would be the most difficult of all, still many recognized the 1954 Kleinschnittger. Day 4 was a Mercedes-Benz (the 1955 SLR 300 coupé). Day 5 was quite easy to identify by just looking at the octagonal instruments of the MG (1954 TF) and on day 6 an American icon, the 1966 Ford Thunderbird. Like the PreWar quiz only identifying the marques was enough and from those that had all six correct, we randomly picked six names. They are: Roger Fields, Martin Sahlström, Verity Spencer, Heinzgerd Schott, Marlene Mahrer and Hannu Aalto. Well done and we will contact you this week where to send the already famous PostWarClassic T-shirt! Apologies to the many others who didn't win, but keep trying as there will be many more puzzles this year.

Update by Editor Rutger Booy: Alan Spencer spotted the mistake we made with the photo of the T-Bird. We published a 1960's T-Bird, while the puzzle showed the 1966 model. Here's the correct photo.
