Rare & Unique Vehicles magazine is gaining traction. The fourth issue of this subscription-only quarterly magazine is out now.
Plastic-bodied sports cars emerged in the 1950s. And you can read about some of the most interesting early experiments, such as the Maverick from the USA, Buckle from Australia and a Skoda 445 Roadster from Czechoslovakia.
Kustom is the special theme, so there are custom cars and rare post-war coachbuilt cars as well, like the Gaylord Zeppelin, the Gutbrod Superior Roadster by Wendler, an overview of Vignale-bodied Fiat 1100s and many more.
A new section is devoted to the supporters of Rare & Unique Vehicles. Collectors’ Corner introduces a 1901 Panhard-Levassor with a very early electromagnetic gearbox and one of the last Delahaye cars built, an Antem-bodied 235 from 1952.
Rare & Unique Vehicles features more than cars: a 1912 Puch Model N motorcycle and an anniversary celebration of Finnish heavy duty specialist Sisu rounds up the package.
If you would like to know more, the best thing is to read the whole story in Rare & Unique Vehicles No 4. The new item can be ordered through this link or can be read through the Readly app.
