A Fiat 1100 or Siata Daina Mystery? (UPD: Fiat 1100 Zagato or Cisitalia?)

Peter Skofic: "I found several photos of ex Croatian rally driver Stjepan Santavec who 60 years ago participated with this car on Ljubelj hill climb races (No 39, register plates H1728) and at 4th Yugoslav Alpine rally respectively. At first glance the car looks like Siata Daina but for sure it isn`t. On the starting lists it was declared as Fiat 1100. Could anybody of you help me with identifying this car?"
