Perfectly suitable for our occasional series of cars that have to work for a living is this DAF A 1300 DA468. It dates from 1971 but is still used as a communications center at several events. We photographed this DAF at the first “Bavaria City Races” held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands in 2005. From then on the event has gone from strength to strength and this year, apart from the Formula I teams of Mercedes and Renault, also Scuderia Ferrari has announced that they will be present on August 21st.
