The classic salon in Antwerp is back on the scene.

After a four-year absence, the classic salon in Antwerp Expo will take place again on 5, 6 and 7 April. Flanders Collection Cars, the organiser of the oldtimer fair in Ghent, is breathing new life into the well-known salon in Antwerp. With a layout of 12,500m², Antwerp Collection Cars is the largest indoor oldtimer event in Flanders.

During this first edition, the organisers will highlight no fewer than 3 special anniversaries. The central theme, which was also visualised on the event poster, is the 110th anniversary of Maserati. In collaboration with Maserati Club Belgium, a line-up of 12 cars will pay homage to the iconic marque's rich history. One of the showpieces is undoubtedly the 1937 Maserati 6CM (chassis 1548). Moreover, Maserati Antwerp will complete the line-up with last-generation sports cars, including the MC 20.

Besides Maserati, another Italian brand is also celebrating its anniversary: Abarth. In honour of its 75th anniversary, the Abarth Works Museum will present no fewer than eight special cars. Among others, visitors can discover the Fiat Abarth 030, 750 Sestrière Zagato and 595 SS Competizione at the salon.

Moreover, it is exactly 60 years since the first generation Porsche 911 went into production. Earlier, this theme was celebrated extensively at the Autoworld Museum. The organisers are exhibiting some never-before-seen cars that pay full tribute to the legendary model. Among others, 911 Motorsport will present the 911 Carrera RSR 2.8 (ex Bolanos), 911 Carrera RSR 3.0 (ex Heimrath), 911 SC Belga (ex M. Duez) and 911 SC RS Bastos (ex P. Snijers). Whereas these cars can normally only be seen at historic races such as Le Mans Classic and Goodwood Revival, they can exceptionally be admired at Antwerp Expo from 5 to 7 April.

Visitors can also discover numerous other exhibitors. More than 300 classic cars will be offered for sale. In addition, enthusiasts will also find clubs, memorabilia, documentation, art, spare parts and so much more.
