The French Concours Mystery

Do coincidences exist? We don’t think so! At least not when you buy several postcards in one go and then find out that you have the same car in two different photos. It’s what happened to Henri Vermeer, who also supplied last week’s photo of what could be a Delage. Here we see another mystery car at a Concours d’Elegance, which we think must be somewhere in France, early to mid-1950s. The same car is seen on another postcard while driving through the streets of La Baule, a resort on the French Atlantic coast. Check those envious looks. But what is it? A special based on the Citroën Traction Avant? Can you help us identify it?
