The Mayor's Mystery Convertible

Car of the mayor of Schijndel, the Netherlands late fifites at an official appearance. A high positioned photographer and various officials, some with high hats. We strongly doubt if a hi-hat can be used while driving this sleek Convertible. Must be an american car, or? It's just that the soft lined tail section look more european. Well, it is close to a 1948/49 Packard Convertible, but then without the waistline and slightly nicer, more subtle in its detailing. Over to you...
