Tough to Crack Car Puzzle # 21

Postwar quiz car # 21 was made by a company that’s still in business. They started in the 1930s by making Ford trucks, but gradually started to produce their own models. The one shown here was developed in the 1950’s although the automobile on the photo is a third series. It was an unexciting, but very solid car, roomy and comfortable. It’s shape is very familiar, so you will have no trouble in telling us the name of the company that made it; the name of this car and its exact model designation. We must warn you that we have taken out only the script on the front wing and the license plate at the rear, or else it would have been too easy.
