American influence, sure! But not American, no! Our quizcar was designed in the late 1930s, although it is the post-war model (of course). There were several versions of this top-of-the-line model, but they all had the same maritime-inspired model name. Ours is a third generation, that differed only from the previous one by having a slightly modernized body with more chrome and a US-style grille. Technically it was very much the same and after the war only 6-cylinder engines were fitted (although for a much, much later model a Chevrolet-sourced V8 was available). As usual we have only taken out only the emblem on the boot and the license plate at the rear. To earn the PostWarClassic T-shirt tell us at least the make and model of this automobile, but any bit of extra helps.
